几个要点总结：

（1）冠词（a/an/the）：（尤其注意复数名词加the的情况）

a）不可数名词：不加冠词

b）有其他限定词：不加冠词

c）特指某个或某类（the nouns of），或已知（已经提及）的：the

d）单数名词（general），不定冠词，泛指，或者之前未提及：an/a （元音/辅音）

（2）长句改短句（一句一要点），在做符号定义时，可以用表格的形式展示

（3）中心思想放在句首，优先purpose，location，reason给出

（4）有些强调对象不必放在句首，例如based on 接的句子可以放在句末

（5）which/that 对象指定要明确

（6）respectively一般放在句末

（7）in this paper, in this study 不要滥用，一般用在introduction和conclusion，用以强调；或者在文中指出不在本文但是在其他相关论文中的工作

（8）可以用 in this research, this paper presents ... 代替（7）中的短语

（9）阿拉伯数字/缩略词不要用在句首，也不要滥用

（10）句子中尽量少插入等式

（11）Fig. 3 ，注意中间有个空格

（12）such as， etc.

（13）Do not write ‘by this way’. Instead write ‘by doing this’, or ‘using this method’.

（14）Never write ‘How to...’ at the beginning of a sentence. (Don’t say it either.) ： Determining how to find the optimal parameter is the main objective.

（15）Do write ‘the results are shown in Figure 2’. Do not write ‘the results are showed as Figure 2’.

（16）Avoid overusing the phrases ‘that is to say’ and ‘namely’. Instead, try to convey your meaning in one sentence.
